The next leg of my summer trip, landed me in the beautiful and historic city of London, England. Or should I say arrived, since it was only a short two hour train ride to London from Paris. I was excited to visit this beautiful country for the first time. I expected dreary weather and constant rainfall, but to my luck I was met with three beautiful, sunny, warm days. From there, I rushed to get in all the sites. From the stunning Buckingham Palace to the Tower of London, I fell in love with this amazing European City. Photographing the city was so exciting as I was able to catch its vibrant charm. Here are a few of my favorites photographs, taken with my Contax 645 Film Camera, Fuji & Ilford Delta Film.
Every artist and photographer dreams of having his work recognized by a reputable source. A couple of weeks ago I photographed Andy and his beautiful wife who were celebrating their one year wedding anniversary. Bearing in mind our mutual love for New York City we found no better place to take our session than The High Line. The combination of Nancy’s dress, their natural affection, the weather, and the beautiful canvas that is New York City provided for an extraordinary shoot. At the time, I had no idea that one of the world’s most well-known wedding blogs would feature this anniversary session. A huge thank you to Style Me Pretty!

Hello, Everyone! After months of planning and preparing, my new branding is finally here! I’d like to give a huge and special thank you to Sara of Salted Ink Digital Design Co. Working with Sara was so smooth and easy. Her work is fresh and new, which was exactly what I was looking for when searching for a designer. The process was fairly simple; when we arrived at the date we set to start our work, I had gathered colors, fonts, and images that I liked. She immediately nailed down what I had in mind. From there everything went even smoother. Any calls or emails were answered right away. It saddens me that our work together has finished but I am sure I will be using her services in the future. I will share with you the link to Sara’s blog post about my launch here. I hope you enjoy it!
A few weeks ago, I attended a beautiful workshop in Brix, France with international photographer Sylvie Gil, international event & wedding planner, Jill LaFleur, and international florist, Max Gill. It took place at Chateau Le Val, which is a historic and beautifully restored chateau outside of Normandy, France. When I first learned that the workshop was set to take place in France, I immediately decided to attend, and let me tell you, it was well worth it. From the historic chateau, the amazing meals from our very own chef and catering company, learning from Sylvie, Jill, & Max, to the incredible friendships and colleagues I made, my time spent there will always be a very special memory. Our first day of shooting was an engagement session featuring one of the photographers attending the workshop, Melanie Jacobs, and her now husband, Dan Jacobs. The make up and hair were done by the talented, Marina G. As always I hope you enjoy them!
Paris, the city of lights, the city of love. This was my first stop on my recent Europe trip. I’ve always loved France and its culture. Their artful taste in food, their stunning monuments. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my five-day stay in the city of lights was cut short to less than a day. Nonetheless, I managed to enjoy my time there and take some magnificent photos using my Contax 645 & my Hasselblad cameras and some Fuji & Ilford Delta film. Enjoy!
